The people responsible

Vernon Musale is the Founder and Managing Director of Velasum Ventures Limited, a Zambian market entry and investment partner focused on helping international companies enter, establish and operate in Zambia — and on building and growing businesses across healthcare, logistics, industrial services and technology.

With over a decade of experience in laboratory management, quality systems and business leadership, he brings a combination of scientific expertise, operational discipline and entrepreneurial judgment to the group. Under his leadership, Velasum consolidates real operating businesses and partnership structures so that market entry is backed by execution capability, not advice alone.

The group's logistics division has operated since 2022. Its laboratory quality and calibration businesses are built toward recognised international standards, including work toward ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for calibration services.
